As Product Manager, I was responsible for defining the product structure, features and user flows, translating business goals and user needs into a clear product direction. I worked closely with the development team throughout the process, making decisions and ensuring the product moved smoothly from concept to execution.

Alongside the product side, I designed the UX/UI of the app, creating the user journeys, wireframes and final interface. Having both roles allowed me to connect strategy, functionality and visual design, keeping the experience simple, intuitive and consistent from start to finish
