Upwork is one of the largest freelancing platforms, connecting professionals with clients worldwide. However, users often struggle with complex navigation, inefficient search filters, and an overwhelming interface, making it difficult to find the right projects or freelancers efficiently.

The existing design lacked intuitive user flows, leading to frustration in job discovery, application processes, and client-freelancer communication. The goal was to create a more seamless, engaging, and user-friendly experience by improving navigation, search functionality, and overall usability
